The DJI Mic 3 2-Person Compact Digital Wireless Microphone System/Recorder for Camera and Smartphone (2.4 GHz) is the third iteration in the DJI Microphone lineup, with a number of updates from the predecessor.

The DJI Mic 3 Transmitter is compact and lightweight, with both magnetic and clip-on options for attachment to your talent, making discreet placement easy. The included charging case can neatly hold one receiver along with two transmitters with their windscreens, and either the magnet or magnetic clip attached.

The DJI Mic 3 2-Person Compact Digital Wireless Microphone System/Recorder for Camera and Smartphone (2.4 GHz) offers two modes for balanced volume using adaptive gain control. Automatic Mode prevents audio clipping, ideal for outdoor environments, while Dynamic Mode adjust gain control in response to volume changes, ideal for indoor/studio environments. Furthermore, you will also find voice tone presets to match your style, two cancelling settings for focused sound.

Your DJI Mic 3 Receiver allows for both Mono and Stereo (dual-channel) audio recording modes. Output from the transmitters can be recorded as separate streams, or both can be merged into a single track to suit any creative scenario.

Robust anti-interference capabilities ensure stable audio transmission in complex environments. With support for automatic frequency hopping between 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands and you will appreciate the transmission range of up to 400 meters. With Lossless Audio enabled, the transmitter delivers uncompressed 48kHz 24-bit audio directly to the receiver. This ensures every recording is captured in stunning, high-fidelity detail.

Internal recording, featured on the DJI Mic 3 2-Person Compact Digital Wireless Microphone System/Recorder for Camera and Smartphone, protects your files from wireless interference or device failures. Both the original track and algorithm-enhanced versions are recorded at once. Furthermore, 32-bit float internal recording is also offered, which not only delivers high-quality recordings but also adapts better to complex sound environments.

Precision timecode is supported with the transmitter embedding timecode data during internal recording, and the receiver then supports both timecode input and output. With approximately less than one frame difference over a 24-hour recording, post-production becomes a breeze and more efficient.

The transmitter's internal battery lasts up to 8 hours on a full charge, while the receiver can last up to 10 hours. A fully charged charging case can last up to 2.4 full charges, resulting in about 28 hours of use before a recharge of the entire DJI Mic 3 2-Person Compact Digital Wireless Microphone System is needed. When quick power boosts are needed, just a 5 minute charge provides you with up to 2 hours of use
