The DJI RS 5 Gimbal Stabilizer's peak motor torque is increased to up to 50% over the previous iteration in the DJI RS Series to provide added stability in fast-moving scenes. Featuring the 5th-Gen RS Stabilisation Algorithm that further enhances stabilisation for walking, running, and vertical shooting.
With a payload of up to 3kg, the DJI Ronin RS5 Gimbal Stabilizer can carry and stabilise mainstream mirrorless cameras and lenses with ease. This gimbal weights is at under 1.5kg with the battery grip and quick-release plates. You can also easily switch to vertical shooting without any added accessories.
Now you are able to fully charge your RS5 in just about one hour (this is an impressive 60% improvement on the previous version. Above this, the standard battery allows for up to 14 hours of standby time, which is about a 15% improvement. The new Z-Axis Indicator gives you instant feedback to fine-tune your footsteps for steadier, more professional shots.
On the DJI Ronin RS 5 Gimbal Stabilizer you will find fine-tuning knobs on each axis arm that enable quick and precise balancing through a loascrew mechanism. Even with heavier loads, you can expect smooth and precise balancing through the added Teflon inlayers.
With 3rd-Gen Native Vertical Shooting, you can switch to vertical in just a few seconds. Simply loosen and press the single side knob, remove the horizontal plate and tighten it back in the 90° orientation.
