The Insta360 Utility Frame for X3 provides additional protection to your Insta360 X3 360° Camera while at the same time adding additional mounting points to your camera. No tools are required for mounting your camera to the Utility Frame, with a hinged design you simply slide your X3 into the frame and snap the top closed.
The Insta360 Utility Frame for X3 still provides access to all ports while inside the frame. The 2-prong fold-out mount a the bottom allows use with action camera mounts, you will also find a 1/4"-20 integrated screw for more mounting options. Two cold shoe mounts on either side can accommodate fill lights or shotgun microphones. A detachable 2-prong mount can convert one of those cold shoes and mount the camera on its side for horizontal shooting. Included with the frame is a silicone lens cap, which can protect the dual lenses when the camera is not in use.
