To reduce accidental disconnections, the SmallRig 5078 USB-C Data Cable Male to Female is attached to your camera. On the cable, you will find a male right-angle USB-C connection on one end, and a female USB-C connection on the other end.
On the end with the female connection, you will find a plate that allows the two included screws to be fastened to your camera cage to an L-Shaped mount plate.
The SmallRig 5078 USB-C Data Cable Male to Female supports USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 and is backwards compatible all the way to USB 2.0. It also supports PD 3.1 charging as well as being backwards compatible with PD 3.0 and PD 2.0 standards. The mounting bracket is made of steel, while the cable jacket is PVC, for a long life of on-set use.
