The SmallRig Camera Cage for Sony a1 and Select a7 Models with VG-C4EM Battery Grip is designed to add protection to your compatible Sony camera while adding multiple mounting points to your camera. With the cage attached, you will still have full access to all camera ports, controls and the battery slot on the battery grip. A cold shoe mount at the top of the cage and a NATO rail on the side adds mounting points along with multiple 1/4"-20 threads and two 3/8"-16 ARRI locating holes to add additional accessories without adding additional strain to the camera body.
An built-in Arca-Type plate cna be found on the base of the SmallRig Camera Cage for Sony a1 and Select a7 Models with VG-C4EM Battery Grip, a 1/4"-20 screw and side locking adapters to secure the camera can be found to secure the camera. These also asists in easy transitions between handheld and support mounted use.
