With the cage kit attached, you will still have full access to all camera ports and controls as well as the battery slot.
This kit includes a formfitting camera cage, top handle, NATO rail, and an HDMI cable clamp. The aluminium cage coming with the SmallRig Camera Cage Kit with Top Handle for Sony a7 III and a7R III also features threads on the front to accommodate a separately available lens support designed for heavier lenses. On the top handle, you will find multiple threads for adding accessories as well as rubber padding for a comfortable grip. While the HDMI cable clamp is used to secure your cables and prevent accdental disconetcion while in use.
