The SmallRig Cine Neutral Density Filter (4 x 5.65", 1-Stop) is an ND0.3 neutral density filter providing 1 f-stop of exposure reduction. When shooting stills, you can reduce shutter speeds for added blur, and finer control over shutter speed in video shooting. In addition, shooting at a wider aperture to reduce the depth of field helps isolate the image subject from the background by increasing bokeh. You can use this filter with any 4 x 5.65" matte box or filter holder with a 4mm filter slot.
The SmallRig Cine Neutral Density Filter is polished and precisely ground to be used with lenses of various focus lengths without compromising image sharpness. It is made from high-clarity, high-transmission B270 optical glass. On both sides of the filter, you will find a multi-layer coating that reduces flare and optimises light transmission.
