The SmallRig Cold Shoe 2-Pack is designed for camera cages, top handles, and other supports, that offer a 1/4"-20 threaded hole along with an M2.5 threaded hole on the bottom and top of it. The shoe mounts feature the same threaded holes and matching screws are supplied.
Arrow markers on the SmallRig Cold Shoes indicate from which side your accessories should be mounted. The SmallRig Cold Shoe can also be attached with the 1/4"-20 thread alone, but without the M2.5 threads, you will not be enjoying the anti-twist protection.
