The SmallRig Cold Shoe Extension Plate for Sony a7 III and a7R III is designed as a low-profile aluminium constructed shoe extension plate made to offset the cold shoe to the left side of the camera.
This allows photo and video accessories to stay out of the way of the camera's tilting LCD screen. The SmallRig Cold Shoe Extension Plate for Sony a7 III and a7R III mounts to the camera using the side strap lug and the hot shoe. Under the plate, you will find rubber pads, designed to protect the camera body with the plate on the camera.
