The SmallRig Manfrotto 200PL-Type Quick Release Plate for Select SmallRig Cages is compatible with Manfrotto 200PL receiver baseplates, this then enables you to use it with tripod heads and other mounting systems that make use of Manfrotto 200PL plates. It is designed to mount onto select SmallRig cages, allowing you to mount the cage directly onto a compatible video head or gimbal support.
At the base of the SmallRig Manfrotto 200PL-Type Quick Release Plate for Select SmallRig Cages you find a large open space, designed to offer access to install or remove the screw that attaches the camera to the cage. On top of the cage, you will find rubber padding to prevent metal-to-metal contact causing additional potential damage to the camera.
