Enjoy the all new highly customisable 3-channel wireless lens control that allows you to change your focus; iris and zoom between the two wireless hand grips or the FIZ hand unit with a wireless range of 304 meters and with a Tiltamax Firmware Update you can extend it to 402 meters!
With the included hand grips; it can also be attached to the rosette mounts for handheld video recording or photo shot operation and can also be attached to top bar-based gimbals with the optional Nucleus-M Hand Grip Universal Gimbal Ring Adapters for smooth control, making it the perfect lens control system for production need.
The motors of the Tilta Nucleus – M: Wireless Lens Control System have direct communication to the hand unit and hand grips. To have full and quick control access, simply set both motors of the hand unit/hand grips to the exact same. The motors allow automatic and manual calibration for the lens. If you using lenses that does not have hard end stops at close up focus then manual calibration comes into play. These motors are specifically designed to clamp onto 19mm or 15mm rods with the included rod bushings which is quite easy to attach and detach the motors without the need of having to remove any accessory from your setup.
To power up the motors of the lens control, it only requires one port on your camera rig to be active which is the P-tap power cable that simply plugs into the motors which can then daisy chain the other motors for a better workflow. Additionally, the hand grip and hand unit each uses two 18650 3000mAh, 3.7V Li-ion batteries which has to be purchased seperately. Once they are full charged – you can have absolute fun up to two days with the hand grips and 10 hours with the hand unit.
