The Xiaomi Mi Electric Scooter Essential is specially designed for the person looking for an easy and lightweight form of transport. Using low-density, high-strength aerospace-grade aluminium alloy makes it easy to carry at only 12kg.
Due to the ingenious design, the scooter can be easily folded in only 3 seconds with a folded length of only 49cm. For firmware updates, riding stats, and battery status checks, simply log onto the Mi Home App to see all statuses at a glance.
The entire kinetic energy recovery system (KERS) has been fully upgraded for energy conservation. This system increases battery life, which is more efficient when releasing the throttle while driving, or when braking. An E-ABS anti-lock brake system for the front wheel and a large disc brake for the rear wheel. Both are activated at the same time, shortening the braking distance, and making driving safer.
The Xiaomi Mi Electric Scooter Essential features an 8.5" tyre on which the robustness and puncture resistance has been optimised. This ensures that it is not only comfortable to ride on flat surfaces but also comfortable on non-paved roads like gravel and dirt roads, further grass as well.
The new and redesigned 2W headlight features high brightness and irradiation distances of up to 10 meters while still shining below the line of sight to prevent headlight dazzle. The tail light is larger for a safer riding experience.
